At LinkDynamic, we are committed to maintaining a high standard of compliance and advertiser integrity. As part of our ongoing effort to protect the interests of our partners and ensure seamless collaboration, we have established the following Compliance Policies. All publishers must adhere strictly to these guidelines to maintain a professional and compliant relationship with our platform.

Trademark & Intellectual Property Guidelines
Publishers are strictly prohibited from using any trademarks, logos, or advertiser names (whether registered or not) in a manner that suggests an affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with our advertiser or any third-party advertiser without express written permission. This includes but is not limited to:
No use of any trademark or intellectual property (IP) in advertising, social media posts, or other promotional materials unless previously authorized.The use of advertiser names, trademarks, or logos must always align with our advertiser’s guidelines, and no alterations may be made to these assets unless otherwise stated by the advertiser owner.
Avoid creating any confusion in consumers by suggesting an endorsement or official relationship that does not exist.

Content Guidelines
Publishers must ensure that all content (including but not limited to posts, blogs, videos, and advertisements) complies with the following standards:
All content must not infringe on intellectual property rights, including those of third-party advertisers.
Content should be professional, respectful, and appropriate for the target audience.
No content that promotes deceptive, misleading, or false information about products, services, or advertisers.
Ensure proper attribution for third-party materials (e.g., images, videos, and text) and obtain necessary permissions for use.

No Unauthorized Use of TM+
Publishers are prohibited from using any TM+ (Trademark Plus) strategies, including the use of advertiser names to gain improper traffic, clicks, or conversions.
Using any advertiser name or trademark in paid ads (e.g., Google Ads) to drive organic search results is strictly prohibited unless explicit consent is given by the advertiser.

Advertising and Marketing Restrictions
Publishers are restricted from engaging in the following practices:
· Misleading Claims: Do not use misleading or exaggerated claims that may harm the reputation of any advertiser.
· Competitive Claims: Do not compare products or services of an advertiser against competitors unless explicitly authorized to do so.
· Unapproved Discounts or Promotions: Do not offer unauthorized discounts, rebates, or promotions related to any advertiser’s products or services.

Monitoring and Reporting
We actively monitor the activities of all publishers. Any violation of the terms outlined in this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of the publishers' access to our network. Publishers are required to:
Regularly review and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and guidelines provided by the advertiser.
Immediately report any observed misuse or violation of the compliance policy to info@linkdynamic.com.

Confidentiality and Data Protection
Publishers must adhere to all privacy and data protection laws, including:
Protecting customer data and ensuring that no sensitive or personal data is shared or sold to third parties without consent.
Maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by the advertiser or LinkDynamic.

Consequences of Non-Compliance
Failure to adhere to the above compliance policies may result in the following actions:
· Warning: A formal warning will be issued, highlighting the specific violation and requiring immediate corrective action.
· Removal from Advertiser’s Program and Decline of Commissions: Continued violations or failure to take corrective action may lead to removal from the advertiser’s program, with commissions being forfeited.
· Suspension of Publisher’s Account: Persistent or severe violations may result in the suspension of the publishers’ account, restricting the ability to participate in any future programs within our network.

Acknowledgment and Agreement
By partnering with LinkDynamic, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Compliance Policies. Non-compliance with these guidelines can have serious consequences, including potential legal actions or removal from the platform.
